  • Payment information: Payment method (e.g. card number via Stripe/Klarna), billing address.

  • Voluntary information: Feedback, product reviews or design files you upload.

We process your information only for specific purposes:

  • Order handling: Sending products, confirming payment, communicating about delivery.
  • Customer support: Answering questions by email or phone.
  • Legal requirement: Complying with Swedish accounting and tax laws (e.g. VAT returns).
  • Reminder about an unfinished purchase: If you enter your e-mail address in the checkout but do not complete the purchase, or the payment does not go through, we may send you one reminder. The address is used only for that, and you can unsubscribe directly in the e-mail.
  • Marketing: Sending offers only with your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Performance of a contract: Information required to complete the purchase (e.g. address).
  • Legitimate interest: A single reminder about a purchase you started yourself. You can object at any time via the link in the e-mail.
  • Consent: For newsletters or the use of analytics cookies.
  • Legal obligation: We keep invoices for 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).

4. Sharing information with third parties

We share data only with trusted partners when necessary:

  • Payment services: Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, Swish (encrypted payment processing).
  • Logistics partners: PostNord, DHL (parcel delivery).
  • Technical providers: Björntech AB (only for operating Swish).
  • Website infrastructure: Cloudflare (security and performance).

We ensure that all partners comply with the GDPR.

5. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of all the information we hold about you.
  • Have incorrect information corrected (e.g. a change of address).
  • Request erasure of data that is no longer needed.
  • Object to direct marketing (via a button in every email).
  • Request data portability (transferring your information to another service).
  • Restrict the processing of your information in certain cases.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use:

  • Necessary cookies: To make your shopping cart work (no consent required).
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Measure visits to the website – you can say no via the cookie banner.
  • Marketing cookies: Show relevant ads on social media (e.g. Facebook Pixel).

8. Retention period

We keep your information for as long as necessary:

  • Customer account: For as long as the account is active and for 2 years after the last activity.
  • Order information: 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).
  • Details from an unfinished purchase: E-mail, name and address entered in the checkout without completing the purchase are deleted after at most 30 days.
  • Marketing information: Until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
  • Cookies: In accordance with our cookie policy (usually 12–24 months).

9. Transfers to third countries

Some of our service providers may be based outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure that:

  • Adequate safeguards are in place (e.g. the EU standard contractual clauses).
  • Your rights under the GDPR are upheld.

10. Children and privacy

Our website is not aimed at people under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without a parent's consent.
