2. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT and are shown in the currency displayed at checkout: Swedish kronor (SEK) in Sweden, Danish kroner (DKK) in Denmark and euro (EUR) in other EU countries. VAT is charged at the rate of the country the goods are delivered to (the EU One-Stop Shop scheme) and is shown at checkout and on the receipt.

Payment is made through secure payment solutions from our payment service providers (Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, Swish).
3. Order processing
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. A contract of sale is concluded when we send a confirmation that the order has been processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:
- The product is no longer in stock
- Price details or product information are incorrect
- The payment cannot be verified
4. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden via PostNord and DHL.
Delivery time
We ship within 48 hours. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the parcel and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (distans- och hemförsäljningslagen). For full information about returns, see our Return policy.
6. Complaints and warranty
Under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act, Köplagen (1990:932), you have the right to complain about a faulty item for up to 3 years from the purchase.

8. Limitation of liability
We are liable for our products in accordance with Swedish law (the Consumer Sales Act, Konsumentköplagen). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the products.
Filament and 3D printing materials must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for print results affected by incorrect use, incorrect storage or a faulty printer.
9. Intellectual property rights
All material on the website (images, texts, logos) is owned by DW Development AB and is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (upphovsrättslagen). The material may not be used without our written permission.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes or disruptions to transport.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Swedish law applies to these terms and any disputes.
As a consumer, you have the right to turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, in the event of a dispute:
