Which PLA should you choose?
Classic PLA (from 115 SEK) is the first choice for figures, prototypes and everyday prints. To hide layer lines without any post-processing, go for matte PLA (from 165 SEK), while silk (from 165 SEK) gives a glossy, almost metallic finish. PLA Pro (from 149 SEK) takes more impact than standard PLA and is still just as easy to print — choose it when a part will be used, not just looked at. For see-through parts there is transparent PLA (from 145 SEK), and for stiffer technical parts glass fibre (from 220 SEK) and carbon fibre (from 255 SEK). If you need to print fast, High Speed (from 165 SEK) handles up to 350 mm/s.

Frequently asked questions about PLA
Classic PLA, from 115 SEK per kilo. It warps very little, sticks well to the print bed with standard settings and needs neither an enclosure nor any special equipment. Only switch to matte or silk once you want a different look.
With us, classic PLA costs from 115 SEK per kilo. The special variants cost more: matte from 165 SEK, silk from 165 SEK, glass fibre from 220 SEK and carbon fibre from 255 SEK. All prices are for a 1 kg spool including VAT.
PLA has a tensile strength of 63 MPa, which is high, but the material is stiff rather than tough and takes impacts less well than PETG. For parts that will be knocked about, choose PLA Pro, and for parts that must withstand heat or weather, PETG, ABS or ASA are better choices.
All our PLA is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.02 mm, which suits the vast majority of 3D printers. The spools are vacuum-packed with desiccant.
